The University of Pennsylvania Nanotechnology Center

This new 78,000 sq. ft. multi-level facility has state-of-the-art lab spaces, including a 10,000 sq ft cleanroom, and has achieved a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) gold certification. Wyatt Incorporated acted as the General Trades contractor with Gilbane Building Company being the Construction Manager. Wyatt Incorporated fabricated and installed all exterior wall systems and performed all interior finishes.
