PNC Park

PNC Park has been praised as one of the best facilities in major league baseball. Home of the Pittsburgh Pirates, the facility houses the team's general offices, training and executive areas. The park also features four large bars, three on the club level and one in the players lounge, 98 suites which feature mahogany kitchen units and server areas as well as numerous concession areas with specialty ceilings, counter arrangements and millwork. An exterior finish system that extends the entire inside bowl area facing the field has approximately 150,000 square feet of finish work. Wyatt played a major role in the creation of PNC Park, which was built by Dick Corporation and Barton Malow Company on a design/build guarantee maximum price basis and completed in a record 22 months. Wyatt's contract of approximately $15 million included spray fireproofing, drywall, plaster, acoustic ceilings and all millwork and casework.
